The Loft on Capitol Hill is a modern, light-filled loft space located in the heart of Capitol Hill. By day, it functions as a real estate office; by night, it transforms into a community art and event space. We proudly support local artists and participate in the Capitol Hill Art Walk.

Yes! We are an active stop on Capitol Hill Art Walk, held on the second Thursday of every month from 5:00–8:00 PM. Peak traffic is typically around 6:30 PM, and if the night is buzzing, we often stay open a bit later to accommodate guests.

Artists exhibit their work in two-month intervals, beginning each January. This allows for meaningful exposure and gives visitors time to engage with the work over multiple Art Walks.

We can typically accommodate around 20 pieces total, with approximately 8 pieces upstairs.
We have space for at least one very large-scale piece, as well as a variety of sizes.

No. We do not charge a fee for artists to display their work at The Loft.

We ask that artists install their work as close to the beginning of the month as possible to ensure full exposure during both Art Walk events.

Sold pieces should remain on the wall for the duration of the two-month show whenever possible. If exceptions are needed, we’re happy to discuss options.

We host a lively Art Walk reception called “The Mix” — bringing together artists, local vendors, and neighborhood residents for a night of art, music, food, and community.

Yes! We often pair our artists with local vendors selling handcrafted goods, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for guests.

Yes! Artists are welcome to vend smaller pieces or works at a variety of price points during Art Walk.
