The Loft on Capitol Hill at Coldwell Banker Bain is a dynamic, community-centered space where real estate, art, and neighborhood connection come together.

By day, The Loft serves as a working real estate office, home to brokers who are deeply committed to Capitol Hill and the surrounding communities. In the evenings and on weekends, the space comes alive as a venue for marketing, client, and networking events hosted by our agents in support of their respective businesses, while also opening its doors to select community-focused gatherings.

We are proud to be a participating member of the Capitol Hill Art Walk and a featured stop on the official Art Walk website and map. On the second Thursday of each month from 5:00–8:00 PM, The Loft welcomes the public to showcase local artists and host pop-up vendors, creating an inclusive and vibrant experience for neighbors, collectors, and creatives.

Artists are invited to exhibit at The Loft at no cost. Exhibitions typically run in two-month increments, allowing for thoughtful, immersive displays. During Art Walk events, we provide wine, cheese, light snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

At its heart, The Loft on Capitol Hill is about connection—supporting local artists, strengthening relationships, and creating a space where real estate professionals and the broader community intersect in meaningful ways.
